The Draftsman was established to offer homeowners a more personal and considered approach to residential design,

combining professional expertise with straightforward communication and a clear understanding of the building process.

Founded by Laurens Georgiades, The Draftsman brings over 13 years of experience in residential design and drafting, with hundreds of projects completed across Perth. That experience has shaped an approach grounded in thoughtful design, practical problem-solving and a clear understanding of how homes are built.

Every project begins with understanding the relationship between the home, its site and the way you want to live. Existing conditions, opportunities, planning requirements, construction and budget are considered from the outset, allowing the design to develop with purpose rather than simply adding space for the sake of it.

From initial concepts through to detailed documentation, The Draftsman provides a considered and personal design service, working closely with homeowners, builders and consultants to ensure ideas translate into practical, buildable outcomes.
